Freelance Digital/Graphic Designer with experience across graphic design, video editing, animation, motion graphics, marketing, branding, music visualisation, user interface design, and other digital media.

Musician and Video Artist alongside my freelance design. My video art utilises hardware such as the LZX Vidiot visual-synthesiser and software like Resolume and After Effects. I create, combine and edit visual loops in sync with music to create abstract flowing visualisers, involving a play with shape, colour, texture and composition. I have taken this into live settings where I project visuals behind bands at gigs, responding visually in real-time to the music through beat, rhythm and feeling. For the context of music videos, this process is brought together using After Effects, and combined with motion graphics/ animated typography, especially for lyrics videos. I "perform" the visuals and then bring them together cohesively. I can provide you with music visualisers and lyric videos for your music. I can also animate any pre-conceived artwork (as seen with my video for Moose Knuckle Sandwich - Jem Stone), such as illustrations, album artwork, etc.
My digital illustrations explore music, influenced by the structures, processes and concepts found in it; I treat layers of my visual compositions like layers of instruments interacting and forming "visual songs". I will also visually "remix" my artwork to create many pieces from one idea.
